You are allowed to use a calculatorfor the portion of the Math Test. However, the rules are more other than making sure you've got a fresh supply of batteries.Important:

Calculators cannot be found at the test centers, and you can't lend a calculator.
Quick Facts
- Only the calculators listed here are accepted for the Math Test--Calculator section of the test.
- It is not permitted to utilize any calculator when working on your Reading, Writing and Language or Math Test -- No Calculator sections. You must put away the calculator aside during these sections in the tests.
- You'll be dismissed and your scores will be canceled in the event that you use your calculator to share information during the test, or to take test questions or answer sheets from the test room.
Calculator Smarts
- Bring your own calculator. You cannot share one.
- Do not bring a new calculator. Bring one you're comfortable with. Learn to take the test using the same calculator that you'll use on the day of your test.
- This Math Test includes some questions in which it's best not to employ calculators. calculator, even though you're permitted to.
- It could be beneficial to do scratch work within the test book. You can write down your thoughts taking your calculator.
- Make sure that your calculator is in good condition and the batteries are not expired. The test facility will not have batteries or extra calculators. If your calculator is damaged during the test and you do not have a backup it will be necessary to pass the test without it.

You are allowed to use calculators only for the Subject Tests for Mathematics. Refer to the rules and guidelines.
Acceptable Calculators
If you own one of these calculator with characters that are at least one inch tall or if your calculator features a display that is raised which could be visible to other test-takers, then you'll be assigned a seat at the discretion and discretion of test facilitators.
Only handheld handhelds powered by batteries is allowed for testing. There are no power cords allowed.

Unacceptable Calculators
You cannot make use of any of the following items as a calculator:
- Laptops, other computers mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches, or wearable technology
- Models that have access to the Internet and have wireless Bluetooth mobile, recording and playing of audio/video, camera, or other features of a smartphone.
- Models that have a computer-style (QWERTY) keypad pen input, pen input or stylus
- Models that use electricity outlets, make sounds or use a paper tape
- Furthermore, the use of hardware peripherals , such as styluss with an approved calculator is not allowed. Certain models that have touchscreen capabilities are not allowed (e.g., Casio ClassPad).
